Trumpet - Trombone - Euphonium - Tuba - French Horn

Nathan Royer has been teaching horn techniques to aspiring musicians for over eight years. He is proficient at playing the Euphonium, Trumpet, Trombone, and the French Horn, and he has a wide variety of experiences playing in different genres of music. He has performed professionally at Artscape, Center Stage, and the Ottobar. 

Nathan earned a Master of Music from Peabody Institute in Music Performance, as well as a Bachelors in Music Performance from Frostburg State University. In addition to his formal musical background, Nathan has played Euphonium and Trombone with the Baltimore Indie Pop group Eureka Birds, including several major performances such as WTMD’s vaunted First Thursday concert. Nathan also plays trumpet in various jazz and instrumental bands.
