We’re especially excited about teachers who bring a positive, prepared, and supportive energy to every lesson—who communicate clearly, stay organized, and help students feel ownership over their musical path. We encourage lessons that are conversational, structured, and curiosity-driven, with room for exploration like improvisation, composition, and creative projects.
Beyond teaching, our instructors enjoy perks like discounted (or sometimes free!) rehearsal space and recording time, opportunities to perform shows with the studio, and a genuinely supportive network of fellow teachers.
